Warehouse software that plays like a strategy game
Dilum Sanjaya rebuilt industrial warehouse management so moving stock feels like a strategy game. Same job, none of the grey-form software. Built with Claude Opus 5.5.
Industrial software has a look, and the look is the problem: dense tables, warning colours, a feeling that the interface was designed to be endured. Dilum Sanjaya's version keeps the job — moving stock through a warehouse — and throws out the endurance.
Built with Claude Opus 5.5, it borrows the readability of a strategy game. Zones, units and flow read as a board you play, which is what a warehouse already is if you stop drawing it as a form.
The point is not gamification stickers on a legacy screen. It is that the interaction model was chosen again, from scratch, for a category that almost never gets that chance.
