A science app you can turn over in your hands
Dilum Sanjaya generated 3D biological structures and built an app for exploring them. GPT Images 2 designed the interface. Gemini 3.1 Pro wrote the code.
Biology diagrams are usually a compromise: a flat drawing of something that only makes sense in the round. Dilum Sanjaya generated the structures as 3D and then built the app whose only job is to let you turn them.
The credits are split cleanly. GPT Images 2 did the interface. Gemini 3.1 Pro wrote the code. That split is the interesting part — image model for how it should look, code model for how it should behave — because science explainers fail when either half is an afterthought.
It is still a sketch from a series of "fun interactive science app ideas," not a lab instrument. What it shows is how fast the sketch can already be something you would hand to a student.
