The caption is two characters and a cyclone emoji: typhoon information. Kiki made a fifteen-second Japanese weather bulletin with GPT Image 2 and Seedance 2, and the joke is how little it winks.

A news report is a format with rules. A presenter, a map, a tone of voice that refuses to be dramatic. Holding that format for even a quarter of a minute is a harder brief than a monster in a storm, because the uncanny has to sit inside something ordinary.
