The Bridge, remade two years later
Theoretically Media remade “The Bridge,” an AI film first made with Veo 2 two years ago. Same idea, current models, and a side-by-side with the original. Twenty-four months is the subject.
Theoretically Media is remaking their own film. “The Bridge” was an AI short made two years ago with Veo 2. The original sits in the post, underneath. The new cut is a measurement: given how far the tools moved in twenty-four months, what happens if you take another crack at the same idea?
A remake is stricter than a new demo. A new demo gets to choose a subject the model is good at. A remake inherits the old shots, including the ones that used to fall apart — a face, a crossing, a piece of geography that has to stay a bridge. Progress that only shows up in a different genre is not progress on this film.
The pair is the entry. Watch one, then the other, and the months become visible.

(Re) Presenting: The Bridge. A remake of an AI Film I made 2 years ago with Veo-2. (Original version Below) Given the insane progress we've made in just 24 months, I thought it’d be an interesting test to take another crack at it and see just HOW far we’ve come. https://t.co/hlmKRbDPej
