The clip has to work as a short, not as a model demo. Seedance 2.0 and 2.5, run in Dreamina, hold two characters, a school interior, and a mood that tips from ordinary into uncanny without a caption explaining the turn.
What earns the series title is the restraint. A lot of AI shorts announce the premise. This one lets a school photo do it, and leaves you wanting episode two.
