Techartist's game is a course description that already sounds like the trailer. You race a hovercraft down a river of starlight, through a neon galaxy. The whole point of the level is the thing you are riding on.

A river made of light is a difficult track. It has to read as a path, so you know where the hovercraft can go, and it has to stay a special effect. Neon galaxies go flat when every surface is the same brightness. The clip works if the water of stars still has a current.

A small game with a complete fantasy is enough.
