Exploded-view product sites, from a video

Meng To points Opus 5 at a reference video and gets exploded-view and wireframe product sites in Three.js or Blender, then keeps pushing details, textures, and lighting with follow-up prompts.

An exploded view is a diagram that has to know how an object comes apart. Meng To says Opus 5 is unusually good at turning that into a product site: give it a reference video, and it builds the experience in Three.js or in Blender. Follow-up prompts keep working the details, the textures, and the lighting.

A video reference is a stricter brief than a sentence. The model has to watch how the product is shown — the pull-apart, the wireframe, the orbit — and rebuild that behavior, not a poster of it. Wireframe mode is the honesty check. It is harder to hide a messy mesh when the skin is gone.

The worth of the post is the loop after the first generation. The site is not frozen at the prompt. It is something you can keep directing.

Opus 5 is so good at creating these exploded-view and wireframe three.js product sites. Give it a video reference and it can build the experience directly in three.js or Blender. Then keep improving the details, textures, and lighting with follow-up prompts. I got our entire https://t.co/sJWFrCoxSx

The brief was: introduce yourself.

Kevin Ngo asked Claude Fable 5 to make its own personal website. The joke is the assignment. The page is whether the model has any taste about itself.

Same sentence. The difference is the taste.

Kirill gave Claude Opus 5.5 and GPT-6 Astra the same brief: a 15-second motion-design showreel, go all out. He thinks looking at Astra hurts after Opus. The pair is the point.
