A full anime storyboard, then the scene

The order is the feature. A storyboard already contains the shots, the characters' places, and what the scene is trying to be. The video model is being asked to execute. That is a sharper instruction than a sentence and a hope.

Minutes is the other number. The board was the thinking. The leap from drawings to a moving scene used to be the schedule.
