From a blank file to a dancing character in six hours

Nano built a 3D character from nothing in about six hours: ChatGPT for the face sheet and costume, Tripo for the mesh, Blender by hand through to a dance.

What it took

Time
6 h

Six hours, and Nano wrote the flow down like notes on a napkin. ChatGPT, specifically gpt-image-2, made a three-view sheet of the face plus the costume and nothing else. Tripo turned that into a mesh. Blender — this part by hand — took it through a skeleton to a dance.

The split is the interesting part. Image, mesh, and performance are three different jobs, and the post refuses to blur them into "AI did a character." The human hours are named. So is the point where the tools stop.

A dancing model is an easy thing to fake with a video generator. This one has bones. That is a stricter kind of finished.

ChatGPT・Tripo・Blender(人力)を使って、ゼロから6時間ぐらいで3Dモデルを作ってみました。ボーン入れてダンスまでできました! 以下殴り書きみたいな内容ですが全体のフロー書いておきます。 ・ ChatGPT(gpt-image-2)の画像生成でキャラクターの顔の3面図+衣装だけを作る。 https://t.co/aSpvDxBJLg
