ChatGPT moves its own 3D body

Talking avatars usually play a clip. Shikhar's does something narrower and more interesting: ChatGPT controls a 3D persona through MCP and can perform custom animations, not just speak.

The difference is who owns the timing. A looping idle says nothing about the sentence. A gesture chosen for the sentence means the model has a body with a vocabulary, and MCP is the wire between the two. Without that wire this is a mascot next to a chatbot.

Watch the joins. If the motion arrives with the line, the persona is being driven. If it arrives whenever, it is a puppet on a timer.
