A beach where even the sound is code
Leon Lin's beach was made with Opus 5.5. Waves, palms, shadows, and the sound are all generated in code. The shore was written, not imported.
Leon Lin's note is a list, and the last item changes the piece. Waves, palms, shadows, and even the sounds are generated by code, with Opus 5.5. A beach scene usually borrows its audio from a library loop. Here the noise is part of the program.
Code-generated nature has a tell. Waves that tile. Palms that are the same tree rotated. Shadows that never learned where the sun is. Listing shadows and sound next to the geometry says those tells were in scope. The model was asked for a place that behaves.
It pairs with the same author's five-style world. Same rule: if it is on screen, it was written.
